What are the Types of Sibling DNA Test?

Commonly use on immigration on legal cases where one presume citizen would like to apply for the other sibbling to obtain a statuts in the US. or other country where accepted.
-Full Siblings vs. Half Siblings: The DNA of two individuals with the same biological mother is compared to determine the probability that they share the same biological father. It’s highly recommended that that Mother biological Mother samples be included for testing. The Mother's DNA can help determine which genes the two children inherited from their biological father, Increasing greatly te probability of relationship.
-Half Siblings vs. Unrelated: The DNA of two individuals with different biological mothers is compared to determine the likelihood they have the same biological father. When available is reccomended that samples from both biological mothers should be tested. This can help determine exactly which genes the two children inherited from their biological father(s), thereby greatly increasing the probability of relationship.

Calculations for relationships such as grandparent, avuncular (aunt/uncle), and siblings of relationship is given as a percentage in the report:
90% or higher: the relationship is supported by DNA testing, for Legal cases (such a Social Security benefits or others), is it important to ask the requesting agency of the acceptable percentange require to be considered for an acceptable relationship.
9% – 89%: inconclusive result, and additional parties need to be tested.
Below 9%: the relationship is not supported by DNA testing
If a probability of relationship (PRI) of 92% is given for a full-sibling test, the result could be understood as: “There is a 92% probability that the persons tested share a full sibling relationship.”
